Why is the app better than the browser?

Many users access OKBK through their mobile browser — and it works fine, but the experience falls a little short compared to the app. The browser sometimes requires you to reload the page, and there can be a slight delay during Live Betting. The app has none of these issues.

The OKBK app is optimized for Bangladesh's mobile networks. Live match odds update smoothly even on a 3G connection — whether you're at the ground in Cumilla or travelling through the hills of Bandarban, the app keeps running even when the signal is weak.

Push notifications are one of the app's biggest advantages. Get alerts for new promotions, match kick-off reminders, and deposit confirmations — all before anyone else. None of this is available on the browser.

Key Features of the OKBK App

What keeps you coming back to the app

Instant live betting

Odds update every second during live matches. From placing a bet to receiving confirmation takes just 0.3 seconds — speed that's essential for Live Betting.

Live scores & updates

Follow live scores for cricket, football, tennis, and more — all within the app. No need to open another app. Odds update in real time as the scores change.

Smart push notifications

Your favourite team is playing? You'll know before anyone else. Bonus offers, payment confirmations, win alerts — all delivered straight to your phone. You can also customize which notifications you receive.

Biometric login

Log in with your fingerprint or Face ID — no need to remember a password. It's secure, fast, and available on both Android and iOS.

One-tap payments

Save your bKash or Nagad number once and deposit with a single tap every time after that. View your payment history and balance all in one place.

Dark Mode & Custom Themes

Dark mode is enabled by default to reduce eye strain at night. It auto-adjusts to your display brightness, so even long sessions are easier on your eyes.

Full casino access

Slots, Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti, Crash Games — every game available on the web version is also on the app. Live Casino rooms stream just as smoothly.

End-to-end encryption

Your personal data and financial transactions are protected with top-tier SSL encryption. OKBK app security meets internationally recognized standards.

In-App Live Chat

Chat with support directly from the app — no need to step out. Chat in Bangla with an average response time of just 2 minutes. Available 24/7.

Exclusive perks for app users

The OKBK app is more than just a place to play — it comes with exclusive perks for app users that you won't find on the web version. App-only promotions every week, special cashback rates, and occasional flash bonuses — all available only when you're logged in through the app.

Wi-Fi isn't always easy to find when you're visiting tourist spots like Bandarban or Cox's Bazar. In offline mode, the OKBK app lets you browse game rules, statistics, and your betting history. As soon as your connection is restored, the app syncs automatically.

App-Exclusive Rebate

Earn an extra 0.5% rebate on every bet placed through the app. For high-volume bettors, that adds up to a meaningful difference.

Weekly app bonus

A special bonus for app users is announced every Sunday. Keep notifications on so you never miss it.

Real-time statistics

View your full betting history, win rate, and detailed stats for your favourite games right from the app dashboard.

Quick Deposit Scan

Scan the bKash QR code to send money directly to your OKBK wallet — no need to type any number.

"I used to play on the browser, and the page would sometimes refresh mid-live betting. Since switching to the app, that issue is completely gone. I was visiting Cox's Bazar and placed my cricket bets sitting right by the sea — no hassle at all."

Frequently asked questions about the app

What to know before downloading

OKBK operates under an international gaming licence. The platform is licensed by Curaçao eGaming, a recognised and reputable regulatory body in the online gaming industry. Holding this licence means OKBK is subject to regular audits — independent third parties verify that game outcomes are fair and free from manipulation. For financial security, player deposits are held in a separate trust account, kept entirely apart from OKBK's operational funds. Combined with SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and KYC verification, the platform maintains a solid security framework. That said, it's always worth practising your own caution on any online platform — use a strong password and never share your OTP or login details with anyone.

If the app won't open or keeps freezing, start by fully closing it — pressing the home button isn't enough. Swipe it away from your recent apps, then reopen it. If that doesn't work, restart your phone. If the app keeps crashing, it may need an update — on Android, go to Settings → Apps → OKBK → Update Check, or download the latest APK from this page and install it directly over the existing one (no need to uninstall — your data will be preserved). On iOS, deleting and reinstalling the app usually resolves the issue. If you see a "Server Error" or "Network Problem", try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa. Turn off any active VPN. If the problem persists, send a screenshot to OKBK's live chat — you'll typically get a resolution within 5 minutes.
